Executive
Summary
Maximillion Bucks, Inc. is a professional services
corporation chartered in the State
of Washington. The mission
of Maximillion Bucks, Inc. and of our parent company, Global Power
Systems Unlimited, is to completely corporatize all levels of
government, starting with that of each state.
Business
Plan/
Campaign
Platform
(With
Appropriate Trap Doors)
Maximillion Bucks, Inc. advocates
the following government reengineering reforms to benefit and
enhance corporate dominance of political, economic and political markets:
o Corporate Citizenship
Corporate citizenship would give corporations the
right to vote and run directly as legal persons for public offices
-- soon to become our executive offices.
In seeking to register our corporation, Maximillion
Bucks, Inc. as a candidate, we were seeking to overcome long-time
discrimination against corporations as legal persons running directly for
public office. The Washington Secretary of State informed
us that we could only run an individual citizen over the age of
thirty-five, which violates our Fourteenth Amendment rights as a corporate
person, and also constitutes age discrimination. We pledge to end
this discrimination against recently-chartered legal corporate persons.
Maximillion Bucks, Inc. is prepared to file suits as well
wear them. We will take aggressive legal action through the state
and federal courts to strike down the discriminatory barriers that presently
block recently chartered corporate persons from running for public
office.
In the meantime, we will run a number of our
corporate officers for soon-to-be-privatized public office, so that they can
protect corporate interests from within the state government for as
long as state government continues to exist. We will
thereby streamline the current corporate strategy for political market
dominance.
The current corporate strategy consists of
using blanket campaign and lobbying contributions to purchase on
undisclosed contract the services of embedded politicians. Such outlays
are both expensive and inefficient; our market strategy would allow
allow cutting these political cost centers entirely for increased profits to
our shareholders.
o Predominance of Corporate Over Human
Personhood
Maximillion Bucks, Inc. will champion the legal
doctrine that, under the constitution, corporations are legal persons with
civil rights, and that money, their chief mode of communication, is hence a
form of protected fee speech. Fee speech is defined as the right of
corporate persons to use money to obtain free speech for themselves at a cost
to all others.
Corporate civil rights derived from corporate
personhood would guarantee corporate persons the ability to
deny civil rights to human persons by blockingthe passing and
enforcement of democratically-enacted laws. This would include those
laws that prevent corporate persons from publicly speaking out --
using money as fee speech -- to impersonally persuade through their
acquisition of corporate-controlled politicians and
their determining,
through unlimited campaign contributions, all election
outcomes.
The civil rights of corporate persons would also assure
their ability to buy access into educational systems and nonprofit
organizations through apparent charitable endowments or
research/operations funding and apparently charitable donated/discounted
literary, media, product or services placements. With the rights of
corporate personhood firmly established, corporations can
maximize their dominance in all markets -- political, economic and
cultural.
o An Unrestricted Fee Press: Democracy-Proof
Media
Maximillion Bucks, Inc. and its elected operatives will
assure the continued existence of a fee press by their
guaranteed automatic approval of continued monopolized ownership of
democracy-proof mass media. A given corporation can continue to
own all of the mass communications media within a geographical area using
formerly public airwaves. It will retain the right to restrict
public access to, and information in, these monopolized, democracy-proof mass
media.
o Mean Elections
Elected operatives of Maxillion Bucks, Inc. will also
assure increased outsourcing of the elections process by product placement
of democracy-proof electronic voting machines. This will in turn insure
increased government placement of our own elect -- rather tan elected
-- operatives, for further manipulated election and business
cycles to further democracy-proof corporate dominance.
o Increasing Corporate
Wealthfare
Along with complete privatization of formerly public
functions, corporations will receive ever-increasing subsidies from funds
formerly appropriated to human and general services, with ever-increasing
profits to their shareholders, ever-inflated salaries and perquisites to their
corporate officers and ever-lessening quality of life for the populace.
From ever-lessening quality of life comes a vicious business
cycle, from which we can extract more profit by offering
costly, regulated remedies with unannounced side effects, further eroding
the quality of life and increasing the need for ever-more profitable
corporate-controlled remedies. This will result in a
permanent end to corporate poverty as we know it.
o Privatization of All
State Government Functions
Maximillion Bucks, Inc. will directly and
cost-effectively seek corporate control of all branches of the Washington State
government. We will help finance the placement our captive
corporate operatives in various public offices to cut campaign and lobbying
costs. We will then seek the transfer of all publicly held and operated
property, natural resources, utilities and services into private ownership --
ours -- for more efficient returns to our shareholders.
We will then sell shares of Washington State in an initial public offering to various
private entities we deem competent to execute various aspects of formerly state
government functions, with sizeable service charges applied to all
such functions. This will end all discriminatory
taxation of corporate profits, capital gains, luxuries and
estates, and shift the burden of taxation where it belongs: to the
general populace.
Corporatized governance will
not exist to give service to citizens, but to
receive value for shareholders, with formerly dissatisfied
citizens reshaped into self-satisfied consumers by being led to believe
that they, too, can become shareholders. The commonwealth will be
abolished, and wealth will once again become appropriately rare.
Our Corporate
Candidates/Initial Public Offerings
Prisis Wright, CEO of Maximillion Bucks, Inc. is
a nationally respected leader in the corporate rights movement. For over
two decades, she headed her own high-powered lobbying firm, Church
State Advocates Unlimited, Inc. of Washington, DC., with its award-winning
newsletter,
Power to the Steeple. She serves as an
interlocking director on numerous corporate boards and has been found
on the right side of many issues. She is also the author of
six books, including the best-sellers,
Profits Without Honor
and
A Rising Tide Lifts All Yachts, as well as many
published articles and position papers, some of which are featured in links --
including golf links -- on this website.
Ms. Wright feels privileged
to bring to her well-rewarded work not only a wealth of experience,
but an experience of wealth, which continues to inspire and
inform her efforts on behalf of the corporate wealthfare. She
is, like Condoleezza Rice, eligibly
single, and lives in Medina, Washington, that Mecca
for Millionaires on the eastern shore of Lake Washington,
geographically -- as well as politically -- opposite Seattle.
Susan Queen Bee, President of the Board of Directors
of Maximillion Bucks, Inc. is a former tennis champion, as well as
having been a full partner in the the respected corporate law firm of
Byum, Sellem & Profitt. She brings to our organization extensive
experience in playing both sides of the field and the courts, winning
large as well as net gains through her uncanny
ability to spot a green ball with bounce, know where to hit and choose
the right racket when so doing. She has moved easily through the
revolving door between her corporate law firm and her work as an administrator
with the US Environmental
Protection Agency and the US Department of Commerce.
Ms. Bee is a past President of the Washington State
Gilded Lawyers, presiding over their successful campaign in 1999 to
halt I-12,000. This initiative would have excessively limited awards
to attorneys in corporate class action and SLAP suits against state
and local governments, small business, nonprofits, grassroots political
action groups and individual citizens. Ms. Bee is also a much
sought-after rainmaker for Contract on America, a prominent neoconservative
political action committee whose downpourings have steadily eroded civil
liberties in Washington State as a
result of her dedicated efforts.
